Ryan is known for leading solutions to complex business problems, especially those that directly impact the end-customer. He has over twenty years of experience as a practitioner and consultant at Fortune 100 companies, dot coms, private equity firms, and top management consulting firms.
His experience includes founding a consulting and outsourcing firm that was later sold. He also launched and led the first new office for a top ranked management consulting firm. At this firm, he formed and led the Customer Interaction Practice, developing many customer-focused frameworks, models and core offering materials, along with many client successes.
Ryan has also enjoyed in-depth experience in Business Analysis, Customer Experience, Strategic Planning, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Metrics & Analytics, Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement, Program & Project Management, and Vendor Selections and Management. He has spoken and written articles on these topics to a variety of audiences.
He is active at Gateway Church, several non-profit organizations and holds leadership roles in various networking and professional organizations in the Dallas area and beyond. He is married to Susan and they are the proud parents of their three girls ■
