Do-it-yourself courses to train employees to do the kind of work that clients hire Perigee to do.  Why would Perigee want to do that?  Sometimes clients have high potential employees and they want them to either:

  1. Stand up a new function or area of the business.
  2. Receive the “baton pass” after Perigee completes a project, to get ongoing sustained value from the project.

Clients want direction managing their teams, their peers, their investors or line of reporting – and, yes, themselves.  It takes shape in two forms:

  1. C-suite – so they can have a trusted partner. It can be lonely at the top but it doesn’t have to be.
  2. High potential employees – to develop them in certain areas of expertise, rooted in the Perigee Core 25.
